Industrial Grade

xRobotDesigner — Low-Code Robot Development Platform

Graphical IEC 61131-3 (LD/FBD/ST) programming with drag-and-drop navigation and chassis motion blocks, cutting third-party device integration and custom logic development from months to days.

xRobotStudio — One-Stop Field Deployment Software

Map, draw paths and configure tasks in a single interface, turning a bare chassis into a production-ready robot without writing code on site.

XRobotFleet — Unified Fleet Monitoring & Dispatching Platform

Real-time visibility into every robot's location and task status, paired with intelligent task allocation, traffic management and dispatch-logic simulation across mixed fleets — monitor, dispatch and validate strategy changes in one system before they go live.

Case Study

Coordinating Nearly 1,000 AMRs in One Automotive Plant

The Challenge

Deploying nearly 1,000 under-ride lift AMRs was not simply a matter of adding more robots. Narrow aisles, heavy traffic and simultaneous transport tasks created a high risk of congestion and route conflicts. The fleet also had to work reliably with MES, WMS, automatic doors, elevators and conveyors across multiple production areas.

Our Solution

KCONBOT provided core control solutions for approximately 60% of the AMR fleet and helped integrate, deploy and commission the complete system. Our technology enabled unified fleet access, intelligent task allocation, real-time traffic control, dynamic route optimization and coordinated charging. Reliable equipment interfaces allowed the robots to move materials seamlessly between assembly, welding, stamping and other production zones.

The Impact

The solution turned a massive robot fleet into one coordinated logistics network—reducing congestion, improving material flow and supporting stable, high-density operation. The manufacturer achieved a 40% increase in overall production efficiency while significantly reducing manual transport across the plant.
